Even thus, somebody might lie. Nothing is 100% reliable. Human make
mistakes. Automatic checking, besides very much cheap in resources,
realizes 100% right what it does.

That is true, but I don't think many people will tell an actual lie to
place a job ad.

Supposing they did so, the real job would conflict greatly with the
ad, in such a way that anyone applying for the job would be told about
it; and they would be quite likely to report it to us.

Using an automated system, they could easily just leave out some aspect,
fail to talk about it.

The new version without some of the free-to-fill fields is at
http://gnuherds-dev.leals.com/ and loaded with demo data. Now we have
more control about what is exposed. We have replaced some description
fieldswith Skill combo boxes. The entity qualifications are composed
of: profiles, skills, languages, certifications, etc.

About the FS Qualifications search facility, we require a "FS Ethical
Business" or "GNU Business Network" certifications to be able to
access the entity filing card. Users will be only able to view the
anonymous summarized entity listing without the entity contact
information.

You could compare it with the previous version at http://gnuherds.leals.com/

Open questions
--------------------

Manual checks which the FSF could support:
 * check user warnings about JobOffers or Entities.
 * check each job offer before being posted.
 * check entities only each year and enable it to post.

Will be the FSF grant "GNU Business Network", "Free Software
Contributor", "FS Ethical Business" or whatever certifications?. It
could make the site management easier.

Should additional fields be added to the forms?.

Should some of the non-required be fields required?.

...?

Note: You can use the below account or create a new one to log in and
work with the Qualifications and JobOffer forms.

P.S.: The new version could be slow due to the new JavaScript. It is
ready just to take a look and follow the conversations. Only FireFox,
Galeon and Epiphany are supported. Konqueror is not supported due to
JavaScript issues. IE has different JavaScript index offset. Perhaps
it depend on the IE version.
