Thank you for your bug report.

GNU Go 3.2 is a fairly old version that sometimes would
crash during CGoban games when there were moves taken
back. This bug went away at somepoint without ever
being diagnosed.

To fix this bug and get a stronger engine you should
upgrade to either GNU Go 3.4 or (better) 3.6-pre3
which is available at
http://www.gnu.org/software/gnugo/devel.html.

GNU Go 3.6 will be released fairly soon and will
be similar to 3.6-pre3.
