I don't recognize that URL off hand, but I might have gone there.  I found
psycopg packages at an ftp site together with the deb packages, but the
rpms seemed to be marked as deprecated (or something similar) and when I
tried to download them nothing happened.  Also, as I said, I wouldn't be
surprised to have the same problem over again unless the psycopg rpms
somehow have the capability for handling multiple alternatives in locations
of libraries, etc.
