Yes exactly.

Well certainly if 275,000 downloaded and are USING it, Oracle should send 
out the 'pirate' patrol, call the BSA.  As we (GNUe Core Team) wanted to 
evaluate and so we downloaded and even though we had working Oracle 
systems we didnt have the NEWEST versions and that was what required to 
even play.  So I find it not likely that a quarter million of sourceforge 
users have an up to date legal license of Oracle. :)
