[open-cobol-list] How to install CISAM

Hi,

I have problem to install CISAM. 

./configure --without-db --with-cisam

checking isam.h usability... no

checking isam.h presence... no

checking for isam.h... no

configure: error: isam.h is required for CISAM

Where is locate file isam.h?
