[open-cobol-list] SourceForge hosted apps going away

SourceForge is discontinuing Hosted Apps services.

We will lose the phpBB forum, but that is it.  I'm kinda ok with this as  
it did seem to destabilize and fragment the project space.

I'm going to let the Hosted App phpBB forum sit around for while, but once  
disabled SourceForge won't allow it to be enabled again.  We lose nothing  
in my humble.  The forge already has forums, trackers, wiki and a project  
web space along with all the other goodies that don't rely on externally  
integrated software.
