The Programmers Guide for Open Cobol is the best thing I have seen in a long while. But I wish there were a list of the features described therein that are 2002 only. I suppose I could set the compiler to Cobol 85 in the config file or somewhere and just try to make things work through trial and error. But simple annotations in the Guide's margin of "2002 only" would help a lot. -- John Culleton "Create Book Covers with Scribus" Printable E-book 38 pages $5.95 http://www.booklocker.com/books/4055.html
