Just a follow-up on the recent notes about intrinsic functions being added.
Is there some sort of "flag" being included to indicate which "dialect" of
Intrinsic Functions are to be supported? I noticed that some of the '02
functions (e.g. TEST-xxxx) are being added at the same time as the '89
functions.
Also, IBM supports some - but certain NOT ALL - of the post-89 functions.
(e.g. NATIONAL-OF and DISPLAY-OF - however for these IBM has its OWN
non-standard 2nd arguments).
Obviously (???) the NIST tests do NOT test any of the '02 functions.
