The 'astscript-psf-scale-factor' script computes the factor by which it is
necessary to multiply a PSF image in order to match with the flux of a given
star.
If for any reason the multiplicative factor can not be found, the script
crashes. However, in some scenarios it is good to not crash but give a nan
value as a result. In this situation, the nan value would be taken into
account in later steps appropriately.
