operators

Details:
When any of the 'tofile-' or 'tofilefree-' operators are given, based on
Gnuastro's default behavior it is expected that any existing file will be
deleted before writing the new file (of course, unless the '--dontdelete'
option is given).
However, if the file already exists, Arithmetic will simply add an
extension/HDU to the existing HDUs.
