Details:

I was wondering about a way to speed up the auto-completion process for cases
where the script relies on user's bandwidth speed or an internet connection
altogether. So, one of the first things that came to mind, was to reuse the
data which was downloaded already.

This can be done with storing the dataset column data inside a hidden cache
file somewhere inside gnuastro for fast and easy access of 'astquery' and
potentially other programs.

I guess the script can check the cached file's age and decide if the cache
should be updated.
