Details:

Zahra Sharbaf reported that that the radial profile script is returning NaN
values for the the '--brightnesserr' column. After inspecting the code, she
found the source of the problem: the 'finalinstd' variable was not being set
(even though the STD image was being cropped/warped and etc and the file was
ready)!

She is now working on the solution...
