Follow-up Comment #43, task #13658 (project gnuastro):

All done:-) Documentation is done and rebased here

minor point, when I tried to declare `struct point p` in
polyon_leftmost_point` and used p={..}, there was the error that an expression
has to be provided(it came in the beginning and that's why I declared it in
the middle to start with). Hence I haven't change it. Other than that it's all
good:-)
