[task #13658] Work on concave polygons too

Follow-up Comment #27, task #13658 (project gnuastro):

I've pushed the code here

noted that one change in onecrop.c is taking more than 79 columns. If all is
okay with other changes I will fix this and rebase and push again. Please
review. 

I will start working on adding the option soon but I'm a bit preoccupied on my
proposal. I've also signed and sent the copyrights form and waiting for a
reply.
