Details:

One of the main choices observers have to make during an astronomical
observation is this: which object from their full catalog is at the
highest/best altitude at a given moment, and generally, seeing how the the
object's altitude changes over the night.

These are both very basic operations that aren't too hard to implement but are
very useful during an observing night.

The program can create a table for all the given coordinates (to use in a
plotting software), or sort the objects based on which one will be best to
observe at a given moment, and its exposure time, and the current position of
the telescope.
