Details:

This bug was reported by Nicolas Bouché.

When the input image is very small (about the same size as the mesh grid),
then there will only be one mesh and NoiseChisel (which uses the mesh library)
gives a segmentation fault:

$ astnoisechisel img.fits
NoiseChisel started on Thu Nov 10 21:00:12 2016
  - Using 4 CPU threads.
  - Input: img.fits (hdu: 0)
  - Kernel: FWHM=2 pixel Gaussian.
  - Convolved with kernel. 0.000716 seconds
  - Starting to find initial detections.
Segmentation fault
