commit 4124ca5c25b4bea399ce7ddf433e7d9c4af7db1d
Author: Mohammad Akhlaghi <mohammad@akhlaghi.org>

Book: added CEFCA to acknowledgments section

Until now, CEFCA was not mentioned in the Acknowledgment section of the
book! Even though I moved to CEFCA about two months ago.

With this commit, CEFCA's help and support in the development of Gnuastro
are recorded and acknowledged in the manual.
