    release-checklist: note to avoid confusion when updating webpage
    
    The `doc/forwebpage' script needs an input directory (that hosts the
    Gnuastro webpage), but it has two special conditions which weren't listed
    in the release checklist. A small `IMPORTANT NOTE' has been added to avoid
    confusions in future uploads.
