RMS: The GCC website lists these now-proprietary plugins. Exactly what 
you did not want to happen has happened.

Which links to what amounts to an advertisement for their plugins which 
you get when you pay them 10k+ and have to agree not to redistribute 
them nor the kernel patch nor anything else.
