Okay, got it. :-)  Thanks for taking the time to comment on it, anyway. 

It seems the only way forward is a GNU System release based on the Hurd.
Well, I'm still encouraged by what I've learned about the Hurd over the
last few days. I still think we need to get a new GNU System release out
there soon.
