To whom it may concern,
I am requesting there be a "Volunteers Wanted" page where people can submit ideas for GNU Software that can be opportunities for volunteers to help out with the GNU Project and have something to do. Details include:
Name of Project (lowercase)
Command Line or GUI?
Describe Project in 100 Words or More
Primary Programming Language
