It's only in hilarious brain-free zone aka the GNU Republic restrictions
like "you may not initiate litigation (including a cross-claim or
counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that any patent claim is infringed
by making, using, selling, offering for sale, or importing the Program
or any portion of it" can be said to grant licensees ("a license is not
contract" LOL) extra freedoms.

How can you not realize utter moronity of GNUish claims regarding the
legal status of the GPL, Hyman?
