What do you mean? Transition from "has" to "had" has absolutely 
nothing to do with copyright law, other that transition to public 
domain due to expiration of rights and "unclean hands" doctrines 
regarding assertion of copyright such as the defense of copyright 
misuse. So I'll repeat: care to elaborate?
