Trademarks have really nothing to do with Red Hat's mandatory service 
contract hack of RMS' "freedom 0". They use trademarks to restrict 
distribution of distro in packaged binary form (CD/DVD images). And 
that is pretty bogus legally. No confusion could possibly arise from 
distribution of UNMODIFIED RHAT's stuff (exact copies of RHAT's CD/DVD 
images) as built and packaged by Red Hat.
