That's really all we need to answer your question.
By releasing your software under GPLv3, you don't put a single
obligation on yourself, the copyright holder. You do not need a license
to do whatever you want.
If there are issues related to patents that may encumber your users,
those affect your users and anyone other than you who propagates your
software. You can wait until they run into problems and release under a
different license if you so choose.
So don't worry about it. Write your own software, release it how you
wish, and deal with problems as they come up.
