Some of you may have heard that NMAP changed it's license with nmap-7.90
to something that has some freedom issues. That's apparently not their
intention, and they're willing to rework things (you can see some
discussion of it here <https://github.com/nmap/nmap/issues/2199>). But
until we get things resolved, we'll want to be avoiding nmap-7.90, and
sticking with the previous 7.80 version under the old license. Thanks
