there is Russia, and other countries too:

So many of them use GNU and don't know about it.
Why would any Free System Distribution using GNU operating system,
deliver a system without giving endorsement back to GNU? Or without
teaching users about free software?
The Free System Distribution Guidelines shall be carefully upgraded to
new version.
