So, I pulled down the installer, and ran it in a Virtual Machine.
The way the defaults work in the installer seem to have some smart
thing going on:

I'm in Austin, Texas, so that is indeed my local mirror, but it looks
like it's pulling down OpenBSD, not LibertyBSD.
