I think that would be the exception to the rule. So ScummVM can stay.
I think the whole emulation scene is at best, a non-commercial mess, and very proprietary and dubious legality in many cases.
It looks that way. That's why I prefer to not give game emulators the benefit of the doubt and let the burden of proof to have them included in a free distro be with game players.
