[Gnu-arch-users] [BUG] commit --file-list unable to commit new files

Hi,

"tla commit --file-list" seems unable to commit new files.
Is this expected ?

$ mkdir tmp/foo
$ cd tmp/foo 
$ tla init-tree machin--truc--0.0 
$ tla import -S
$ echo a > a
$ tla add a
$ echo a > /tmp/a
$ tla commit --file-list /tmp/a -s "test"
make-changeset-files: file missing from ORIG tree (a)
