FYI:

Things on my end are shaking out now so that, in contrast to recent
months, I am rapidly approaching a point at which I can spend a 
fairly deterministic number of hours per week on arch.

I thought it would be interesting to start keeping and publishing an
informal timesheet of where my time is going.  This will properly
belong on the dev list when it's created this coming week but, for
now, here.   Of course, I'm not promising to publish timesheets
forever -- it's just an experiment.

I'll be aiming for (not promsing) about 18 hours / week of maintainer
time.  Given that I don't take lunch-breaks out of that, that'll be
essentially the same as a 1/2-time job (by U.S. standards).  My time
spent working on arch won't be limited to just 18hrs, but extra time
might be counted as maintainer time or might not, depending on the
nature of the work.
