These aren't quite right: 

OP (opt_seal, 0, "seal", 0, \
      "create a version-0 revision instead\n" \
      "of a base-0 in TAG-VERSION") \
OP (opt_fix, 0, "fix", 0, \
      "create a versionfix revision instead\n" \
      "of a patch in TAG-VERSION") \


Though a seal can happen at base-0 with a tag (I don't see an option to
do it with import), more common is taking a bunch of patches, saying
"This branch is released, time to seal it" 

The fix help isn't quite right either. How about: 

"Create a versionfix revision for a sealed version"
