The latest hats code is in
address@hidden/tla--hats--1.3--patch-24, however, it now
depends on libxl to read the hat id files.  Also, until Tom merges my
libxl work, you'll have to use a version from my archive.

To get the xl dependency, change to your package-framework src/
directory (the one containing "hackerlab" and "tla" among others) and
run:

        tla get address@hidden/xl--reader--1.0 xl

You'll also have to reconfigure (../configure or whatever's
appropriate) your build directory so the xl dependency is met.

Finally, if you tried out the old hats code, you'll probably want to
simply delete your ~/.arch-params/hats directory since now the hat ids
are stored in an xl record rather than simple string.
