The new command:
% tla get --selection
along with the concept of a zoomed tree and a selective commit from a
zoomed tree will make tla feel a lot more CVSish to users who want to
use those features.
One nice side effect is that that should simplify integrating arch
with existing IDEs. They can do CVS-style frequent committing of
individual items on a branch, and learn some new commands for
triggering an `upstream-commit' to summarize those into a changeset.
