One of my students told me that he had no idea of how to obtain help
on a command after doing "tla help".

The following patch, which has been entered into the BTS some time ago
but got lost because of Savannah down time, adds a line at the end of
the output of "tla help":

Use tla command -h for help on `command', or tla command -H for detailed help
