Speaking of "unacceptably dangerous," I note that tla doesn't warn
about the presence of "install" targets in Makefiles it distributes.
Why, good Heavens, the black hats who distribute those Makefiles even
_advise_ you to do `make install' as root---"social engineering" at
its most dastardly!
Realistically, hook scripts in project trees are only mildly dangerous.
