Thats orthogonal. Currently the RCS system detects it ({arch}). If you
mix CVS and arch, with CVS trees above arch ones, CVS knows it's
endpoints. And arch IIRC knows it's endpoints too - untagged dirs and
all.
And if they don't? Well thats not really a CM issue anymore ;).
