Is there any problem with sticking my own files in {arch}, aside from
the slight chance of future name conflicts with official arch files?
There's occasionally a bit of tla-related meta-data (e.g., for my
tla-foo scripts) I'd like to keep around, and that seems like a
convenient place to put it, where it will be version-controlled, but
generally out of the way.
