Yes, people used to get similar sftp errors on Savannah, but I assumed
they were using protocol 1.  Maybe sftp support has been borked again;
yeupeu insists sftp run chrooted, but because of Savannahs directory
layout, this is not possible at the moment.  If he went and re-chrooted
sftp, I'll just have to find someone else to host the Xouvert arch
repository.
