Using `tagline' tagging, this seems to work for me -- commit fails if I
have an untagged file -- but `tla tree-lint' still returns a zero exit
status, which seems wrong.
I have the following in my {arch}/=tagging-method:
tagline
untagged-source unrecognized
-Miles
