When you have the changeset, run show-changeset --diffs command on it.
For changes not yet commited what-changed --diffs does the same.

You loose some information in the process.

revdelta and deltapatch commands. revdelta computest changeset between
two arbitrary revisions and deltapatch is revdelta + dopatch.
