According to 
http://www.developer.nokia.com/Devices/Device_specifications/5310_XpressMusic/
you should have CA-101. If you look then at our wiki:
http://wiki.gnokii.org/index.php/Cables#CA-101 you should use
dku2libusb instead of serial connection.
