cannot connect gnokii with nokia phone.

hi all,
i have a problem when connect my fone with gnokii.
i use nokia phone 6020, and connect with my laptop via DKU-5 cable.

i run some command and log as :

i see that it error.

my config in /etc/gnokiirc

[global]
port = /dev/ttyUSB0
model = series40
connection = dku2libusb

and i make some change to:
[global]
port = 1
model = nk6510
connection = serial

but i have the same problem when run:gnokii --identify

please help me to determine problem.
