can't connect to 6131 in windows

Hi
I'm using gnokii in Windows XP, I installes nokia pc suite to get installed
the driver and i just did the config file like this:

But I gent command timed out, the model i´m using is 6131, I got connected
on linux but not in Windows can you helpme?
