Thanks for your suggestion, HAVE_LIBUSB was defined to 1, so I just commented the define out with /* */. The compilation now went further but stops with another problem as you can see here in the output:

That's kinda strange. All these errors are in HAVE_LIBUSB section. And you should have it undefined. Could you grep LIBUSB include/config.h ?
