SMS receive and send

Hello All,

 

 Can anyone help me out on how to setup up a system to

 receive an SMS process the message e.i query a database

 and send back result to sender.

 

 I am using Lnux mandrake 9  Kylix 3 and Interbase 6

 

 and Windows XP, C++ Builder 4 Ent and Interbase 6

 

 Hardware Nokia 7110 serial cable (DLR-3P) or Nokia 6600 (Bluetooth)
