HOW KNOWS THIS APPLICATION: GNOKII-SMSD-PHP ?

Hi all

i need some help to solve my problem.
In my previous message i wondered some PHP files for control gnokii smsd
I find it in sourceforge.net and it is called : gnokii-smsd-php

This application exists since 2003. and I am surprised that null nobody
leaves does not speak about it. It was developed by a Indonésien developer
which appele: angga wisnu.
This application seems to be the best i've seen since i'm looking for this
type of Gnokii-smsd controler.
(excuse there is PLAYSMS to but it don't work for me )

My problem is:
There is a preformatting phone numbers in the PHP code which I would like to
change.
The phone numbers in my country are like that: 07342819 or 01524433 (code
+225). 
There is necessarily one 0 at the beginning of the number, which this code
does not accept. 
The phone preformatting of this page PHP is that of Indonesia.
I would like changed. How must I make? 
I see a little but i'm new in PHP code and I do not want to make silly
things.
