Nokia 3220 + Freebsd 6.1 + DKU-5

Hello friends

I have a Nokia 3220 with DKU-5 connection.

My freeBSD 6.1 have load this modules
ucomm, uplcom and umodem

my DKU-5 is view by freebsd as :

dmesg:
ucom0: Prolific Technology Inc. USB-Serial Controller C, rev 1.10/4.00, addr 2

the device is /dev/cuaU0 or /dev/ttyU0  (ucom0 don't exists since 6.0 release)

when I probe the conexion have this message (to much large):

my configuration is:

port = /dev/cuaU0 (or ttyU0)
model = 6100  (or 6510, I try with this two models)
initlength = default
connection = serial (or dlr3p with this two types i have the same answer)
use_locking = no
serial_baudrate = 19200
smsc_timeout = 10

the problem is when I run xgnokii, the conecction is not established

and the software down!!

any body can help me please? should be try with another model? or connection?
