Nokia 6620 and Connections...

Hi all,

I have a new Nokia 6620 from Rogers and have Gnokii running -- it
provides me with the --identify so I know my connection is working.

Most items, however, I get a response like this:

address@hidden:~$ gnokii --writetodo tasks.ics 1
GNOKII Version 0.6.3
Failed to write todo note: Command called isn't implemented in model.

All I really want to do is sync my calendar, addressbook and todo's. I
also don't want to incur GPRS charges since they can be expensive here.

Multisync seems the best solution with SyncML. I found hints on how to
connect the 6620 to linux using PPP but most of it is for bluetooth --
my notebook doesn't have it so need to use the USB cable. I have been
unsuccessful in getting a ppp connection to the phone (more grief
here!).

Does anyone know how I can get a connection to this phone so I can sync
with evolution? Sounds easy enough but it hasn't been! :)

Thanks in advance.
Norm
