Have you tried lowering the rate? It looks like you have it set for 19200 somewhere but it's trying to init at 115200.

Do you believe this to be a USB issue or gnokii configuration issue?

have you tried setting this in your gnokiirc?
serial_write_usleep = 10000

Now, anyone can tell me what i do? What i change into
my .gnokiirc file so that this problem will be solve.
I will give u some more details... about my fone and
cable.
Mobile fone used for gnokii = Nokia 6100
Cable used for connection = DKU-5
Linux version = Slackware 10.1 with kernel = 2.4.xx
Also, i saw in the kde-control center some more
settings i.e.
